Guests

Guests are welcome to check in at any time on their day of arrival. Rooms will be ready from 2pm. On the day of departure we request that you vacate your room by 11am. No reductions can be made for temporary absence or meals not taken during a booked stay. Would gentlemen please note that a collared shirt and a jacket or tie is the dress requirement at dinner. No jeans or trainers allowed in the restaurant in the evening. Swimming pool towels and bath robes are supplied please bring your own towels for beach use.

Booking Terms

A booking is considered definite when accompanied by a deposit of £25 per person per night or £150 per person per week, and confirmed by the hotel. In the event of cancellation it is regretted that deposits are not refundable. If guests have their own holiday insurance and decline our insurance offer, and find it necessary to cancel or cut short their confirmed booking, an apartment charge of two thirds of the holiday cost will be due unless the room can be re let within the 14 day cancellation period.

A surcharge of 2% will be made on all credit card payments, no surcharge for debit or cheque payments.

Holiday Insurance Policy

The Watersmeet Hotel recommends that you take out holiday insurance to protect your booking. An insurance application form will be included with your booking confirmation.
