Check-in times and General Information

Guests are welcome to check in at any time on their day of arrival. Rooms will be ready from 2pm. On the day of departure we request that you vacate your room by 11am. No reductions can be made for temporary absence or meals not taken during a booked stay. Swimming pool towels and bath robes are supplied please bring your own towels for beach use.

Booking Terms

A booking is considered definite when accompanied by a deposit of £25 per person per night or £150 per person per week, and confirmed by the hotel. In the event of cancellation it is regretted that deposits are not refundable. If guests find it necessary to cancel or cut short their confirmed booking within a period of 8 to 14 days prior to their arrival an apartment charge of 90% of the holiday cost will be due. For cancellation within a period of 7 days up until the day of arrival then the full cost of the holiday is then due.

Please note - a surcharge of 3% will be made on all credit card payments. No charge will be made on debit cards.

Christmas and New Year Booking Cancellations

If guests find it necessary to cancel or cut short their confirmed booking within 28 days of the date of arrival then the full cost of the holiday is then due.

Holiday Insurance Policy

The Watersmeet Hotel recommends that you take out holiday insurance to protect your booking. An insurance application form will be included with your booking confirmation.
